3) Pay slip @ penyata gaji terkini 3 bulan

5) EA form @ Borang J - Income Tax
6) Confirmation letter @ Surat pengesahan kerja (kalau ada)

B) Enterprise @ Kerja sendiri;-
1) Salinan ic
2) Bank statement terkini 6 bulan
3) Pay slip terkini 6 bulan
4) Pendaftaran perniagaan syarikat dpd SSM

Cara Pengeluaran KWSP

Apa tujuan keluar KWSP?
-Untuk membuat pembayaran deposit rumah 10% ...

Macam mana nak keluar KWSP?
-Akaun 2 saje boleh keluar KWSP untuk rumah pertama atau kedua dengan syarat rumah pertama dah jual ....

-Nak kiranya; beza harga rumah dgn loan apply plus 10% dpd harga rumah nak jual tu (WIL ; whicever is lowest)

[Harga rumah - Loan apply] + [10% x Harga rumah] } W.I.L

Contoh:
Harga rumah : RM100,000
Pinjaman bank 90% : RM90,000
Akaun 2 :RM 15,000

= [RM100,000 - RM90,000] + [10% x RM100,000]
= RM10,000 + RM10,000
= RM20,000

W.I.L RM20,000 vs RM15,000 } RM15,000 Only!

Maknanya, hanya RM15,000 (kesemua akaun 2) boleh bawa keluar KWSP.

Apa jadi kalau nilai dlm akaun 2 ade RM30,000?
-Still kena ambil W.I.L (whichever is lowest) maknanya RM20,000 sahaja dpd RM30,000...

B) Pengeluaran EPF (amount keluar tak melebihi jumlah dlm Akaun 2)
C) Kemudahan pembiayaan dpd institusi perbankan islam
(Cari pekej yang sesuai dan kualiti perkhidmatan yg cekap)
